Time: 4:30 P.M. – 6:00 P.M. (Check in from 4:10-4:25 on
the first day of camp)
Age: Students going into the 5th, 6th,
7th, and 8th grades in the fall of ‘13.
Cost: $45.00 per camper ($10 off for multiple same
household campers)

Fee Includes: Coaching from the Central
High School coaching staff, a T-shirt, and a football.

my permission for him to attend the 2013 Central Cougars Football Camp. I understand, that Central High School nor
the Cougar Football Camp DOES NOT provide insurance coverage for any accidental
injury sustained by my son as a result of his participation in the activities of
the camp.
